Pop Times (catchers only)

Raw Arm Velocity (Gun and Run)

Batting Practice

Base Running

and Bullpens


Please bring plenty of water and snacks! Uniform attire for the day will be Baseball Hats, Athletic T-Shirts or Baseball Jerseys with numbers, Athletic Shorts, Baseball Cleats and Athletic Shoes (or turfs) for the 60-yard dash.
